I was in Chicago for about 5 minutes when Steve and I stumbled up this field. This dreamy, enchanting, westerly facing, open, majestic, inviting, photographer’s playground of a field. I said in my most official decision making voice……… “we’re moving here”. (totally kidding, of course)

Not that I don’t love living at the shore line of New Jersey (do you like how I worded that there?  – Yes it was purposeful. And no. I don’t know Snookie.;-)

But there is nothing like new locations to spark your interest! New corners of the world to be explored and to photographed. New to me, anyway.

So when Aysha and I were discussing the location of her promo photos I knew she would love it there too. As a fellow photographer she totally understood why I was so excited about this field and how if we just waited about 5 more minutes, we would see the gloom and doom of the overcast sky break open as the sun would pour down it’s radient light.

And so we waited. And then…. BOOM. There it was in all it’s glory. A well deserving dramatic sunset to match the new brand of a well deserving young business owner.
