Some of you may remember Amy and sweet little Brooklyn from this post here, where I had the amazing opportunity to photograph Brooklyn’s birth. The day this precious baby came into this world. A brand new family was born. I heard the first cry. I saw the first tear. I witnessed a woman become a mother and a man become a father. I saw and felt every emotion that make us precious and human and imperfectly perfect. An awesome experience as both a mother and photographer and a true honor I’ll never forget. I quickly fell in love with birth photography and it didn’t take much at all. I was undone. (Just click on the link and watch the video and you’ll see why I was such a mess!) lol
So when the opportunity came for a casting call for a styled shoot I was helping to put together for the TriState Pursuit 31 Group, I was so excited when Amy said that she and Brooklyn were available! A fellow photographer, Amy knew exactly what she would be getting herself into and made our jobs effortless. Both she and Brooklyn were perfectly coordinated with their ivory cable knit and rose hues. And Brooklyn was not without her adorable smile! With the help of wardrobe coordinators, set designers, hair and make up artists, florists and incredible help, this Mother and Daughter Portrait Session was just over the top with beauty and grace.
