Without fail, my favorite images have always been capturing those moments where nothing else matters in the world. It becomes so much more than just photography, but being able to catch a glimpse of something that is natural and humble and highlighting the full beauty and sweetness of it. To highlight the version of life you may not even notice you are already in. To create images that allow others to see what I was able to see. To showcase the joy.
And always without fail, I prefer the final image in black & white, so it speaks directly to the heart. Coming across this image from last summer reminded me of how grateful I am that my clients trust me and allow me to do what I love and they love what I do. Thank you Sam & JJ for this lovely little reminder today.
